Why we're the best...
We are the only cleaning company serving Lake of the Ozarks that are members of the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI), the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) and are a Certified Firm with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) with at least one member of management being a Certified House Cleaning Technician with IICRC. We are members of the Lake of the Ozarks Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (CVB) and an affiliate member of Lake of the Ozarks Board of Realtors.
Deep Clean
We have very limited openings for deep cleans throughout the busy summer season, but we do schedule them during the off-season months from October - March. If you're interested in getting a quote for a deep clean, please complete our online quote form and provide as many details as possible.

Wet wipe of baseboards, ceiling fans, window ledges, light fixtures, door frames and doors

We no longer provide recurring residential cleaning services, however the Basic Clean continues to be part of our vacation rental cleaning service that is available to our management clients..

Vacation Rentals
We are currently no longer offering cleaning services for vacation rentals unless we manage the property. If you are interested in having us manage your vacation rental and provide the cleaning services, please visit our management website.

Empty contents of fridge and freezer (as requested)

Restock/refill paper products & guest amenities

Please note that none of our services including washing exterior windows or interior windows higher than a 2-step ladder. Standard interior windows will not be opened and are spot-cleaned only.
